10 points if you know where the title came from.

I didn't feel like using the introductory thread so I made my own. :3

Anway... about me, huh? I'm 24 right now, will be 25 in about four months. I'm female. I do not, as a rule, give out my real name anywhere online. I will say I'm from Texas, USA. I like to draw and such, though I haven't put anything up on my devart account in a long time now. XD I mostly like to draw critters.

I would like to say that I am VERY happy to have found Metrophor; I found it when I googled up Mixed Myth about a week ago and re-read it. Again. I originally stumbled on Mixed Myth back... oh... Demon elf girl trying to talk chihuahau into untying her. Yes. I am forever fond of that particular page because it was the last one up when I first found MM. <3

Plus that chihuahua was awesome, and I usually don't like chihuahuas. XD

Sorry to hear about Artis' tendonitis; I hope that's healing up all right. Thus far I love both the way the art has been going and the story in M4, and I will patiently wait for Artis to get all better before demanding more comic pages. :3

I'm willing to wait long periods for updates; a lot of webcomics tend to have it happen sooner or later. Life seems to love wecomic artists.

Anyway... I tend to be a silly goof, I like to listen when other people need someone to talk to or an outside opinion, I like to write in roleplays and draw my own characters. I have "ooh shiny" syndrome and get distracted easily, either that or I get way too focused on one thing and completely miss anything else that's going on. Makes me horrible at multi-tasking. I'm over weight and keep telling myself I'll do something about it and never do, but my weight seems relatively stable at least and isn't fluctuating or increasing/decreasing at an unhealthy rate. I like chocolate, I have carnivorous tendencies, I like avacados, mangos, plumbs, peaches, kiwis, and lemons, I actually eat my veggies, Italian sausage makes me sick to my stomach for unknown reasons. And for some reason I like to chase around small animals.

Here's to one of my favorite webcomics of all time, and what is shaping up to be another. Cheers for Mixed Myth and Metrophor.

I seem to be out of ninja vanishing powder. :C *walks off*

Hey... hey! It's a new post! Ohmigosh! Someone sound the new post alarm!

No, seriously, things have been a little slow here since we went on hiatus. The tendonitis is slowly receding (or regressing, or whatever it is that tendonitis does), but things are still rough. Alas. Sad You're right--life certainly does seem to enjoy playing with webcomic artists.

Thanks so much for the feedback, though! We love to hear about people loving the comic, as you can imagine. Smile

Forums have a trend of getting quiet when comic artists take a hiatus, also; especially if it's very long.

Glad to hear Artis is getting better, albeit slowly. :3 Tendons are one of the worst things to get injured... they take forever to heal. @_@
